Elk Hunters

Outstanding. A picture speaks a thousand words. This was my first trip to Montana with Rawhide. I was very lucky to take a Bull of a lifetime. I’ve seen more game here in one week then I have in the past ten years. Thank you Grizz, Shorty and all the guides. You run a top-notch outfit. I’ll be back.

Guides work well for each hunter and were well organized, both in the field and in camp. Guides were continually monitoring the movement, quality and location of game. The hunt and accomodations were well set-up.

I had a very good time with Grizz and the Guides. We saw lots of game and had a successful hunt.

Elk hunting is tough work, but a lot of fun. On the third day of the hunt my guide and I stalked to within 200 yards of this nice 5 x 5 bull. I waited for a clear shot and took it. I hit the bull in the shoulder. It ran up the hill and then came tumbling back down. What an experience! I had lots of fun and everyone was so nice and friendly. EXCELLENT FOOD !!!

This was my 4th hunt with Rawhide and as before the hunt was a complete success. The weather did not cooperate but we still came through with SHINING COLORS!!! Thanks.

"WHAT A GREAT HUNT" I saw over 100 head of elk. On the 5th day I got this nice 5 x 5 bull elk that my guide Paul called within 200 yards. This was my fourth hunt with Rawhide - I have taken game on every hunt. I will be back to hunt with Rawhide again!!! Thanks Don for a great hunt.

We saw elk every day. On day 3 we were able to stalk into shooting range and take this 6 x 6 bull out of a herd of 80 elk with 7 other legal bulls in it. On this hunt, I also took a 4 x 4 Whitetail buck. This was my 3rd hunt with Rawhide and all were enjoyable.

Great Hunt!!! Saw lots of game and the guides worked hard to put me on game with fantastic success. Everyone made me feel like family. Shorty's food was out of this world. I look forward to my next hunt with RAWHIDE GUIDE SERVICE.

I archery hunted with Rawhide Guide Service in 2001 and 2003 with several opportunities. This year I was successful in taking this nice 5 x 6 bull. I saw lots of elk and a number of Good bulls. Both my hunts with Rawhide were Great!!!! I would recommend Rawhide Guide Service to any serious hunter. Shorty's food is great too.
