This was my first hunt with Rawhide and it was a GREAT EXPERIENCE! We had good accommodations and the food was excellent. The last day of my hunt I got this nice 6-ft. Black Bear with a B & C score of 21 5/8" skull. Great Job Don. I hope to hunt with Rawhide again real soon.

The hunt was well organized. The guides and outfitter knew from preseason scouting where the best opportunities would be. Everyone involved was hard working and professional. I've hunted with many top notch outfitters and guides in the west and Rawhide's crew is second to none. The quantity of game sighted was above my expectations and would be tough to beat anywhere. I loved the "down home" atmosphere and the fantastic food Shorty cooked.

I am very impressed with the spring bear hunt I had with Rawhide Guide Service. First off, when my rifle failed me, Don was there. He let me use his rifle. Don also put me where I needed to be in a manner I could tolerate at my age. The food is great and plenty of it!
